Hi there
I’m Ant Morgan
I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years working as a personal trainer.10 years ago I opened my own fitness studio, concentrating on helping the community that I live in. During this time we have helped hundreds of people not only from a fitness point of view but from a nutritional and mental health point of view also. This lead me to being asked to talk to various corporates on how to get the best out of their staff with properly structured wellness programmes. Concentrating on the importance of exercise, nutrition and the effects on mental health and productivity, we have found a niche in which companies are now experiencing a win-win with our experience in this field. These programmes are delivered online during Covid along with our online training programmes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Whats the difference between weight loss and fat loss?
Do I have to be on a diet to get in shape?
Absolutely not! To simplify you move more and eat less. Make sure to eat healthily but allow yourself a little bit of what you want if you need it. Always burn off more calories than you take in.
I struggle with willpower and motivation…any tips?
Plan your food in advance and set yourself goals. Write them down and put them somewhere you can see them or be constantly reminded.
Does lifting weights make me bulky?
This is a bit of a myth, especially with females. If you are on a calorie deficit you will not become “bulky”. You will lose body fat and tone up your muscles.
Are the scales important?
No, they are a tool for tracking weight loss but are not the be-all and end all of a journey. Your body measurements, how your clothes feel and how you feel are more important than the scales.
